Radiography topics can include diagnosis, imaging, treatment or a combination of all three. Articles can be specific for one disease or general imaging using single or multiple imaging modalities such as Ultrasound, MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, PET, mammography, bone densitometry. Articles can also be general healthcare topics.
Radiology articles should be well researched and should run 6,000 – 7,000 words. You will be given an honorarium for each accepted article. Radiology article of approximately 4,000 words will also be acceptable with a lower honorarium.
Articles should be interdisciplined, that is, they can be accepted by more than one allied healthcare discipline. For example a radiography CE article about cancer imaging would also be accepted for pharmacy by including chemotherapy or other drug regimens as a treatment option. Below is a listing of the various disciplines plus some suggested topics.
Suggested Radiography topics that can be combined with any of the disciplines include:
Chronic pain management
Cancer (breast, bone, lung, colon etc)
Male versus female cancers (eg Breast cancer)
Emergency Medical Services
Medicine and Surgery
